The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist will focus on both technical development and strategic execution. You will work on marketing automation solutions, leveraging Marketing Cloud functionality for campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, and flow building. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring these efforts contribute to revenue growth by aligning marketing solutions with sales objectives for our clients.
You will also play a key role in defining project scopes, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of marketing solutions for various clients in the Nordics. This includes overseeing the maintenance and monitoring of automated jobs, as well as identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret the marketing architecture of the Mar Tech ecosystem.
Translate technical aspects into business language
Stakeholder & Project Management
Campaign orchestration (automation configuration, coordination of marketing campaigns, CRM integrations, and implementations).
Collaboration with other team members to confirm the feasibility of integrating the solution with other tools and platforms.
Collaborate closely with DBAs, AWS & Azure admins, and other related teams to ensure the correct functionality of the different marketing platforms
Review and interpretation of technical requests associated with SFMC.
Troubleshoot the different integrations of the marketing ecosystem
Manages client and team expectations throughout delivery; flags risks and issue escalations related to the campaigns.
Monitors the platform availability and runs analysis to detect possible issues and fix them appropriately
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5+ of years of proven marketing experience, including stakeholder management, campaign management, marketing service provider, marketing agency, and marketing operations.
Minimum 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
You are teachable, adaptable, technically gifted, service-minded and you have the desire to develop professionally in a dynamic organization.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
You work well both independently and as part of a team and communicate effortlessly in Finnish and English.
Can advise in how to do Third-party code implementation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members
Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects.
Provide API advisory and facilitate the effective consumption of SFMC APIs
Client service delivery experience.
Prioritization and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Well-known in the Salesforce Ecosystem, you have maybe experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization (Formerly Interaction Studio), Loyalty Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Formerly Pardot), Data Cloud or other related Salesforce Clouds.
