Production Engineer

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our Hyvinkää Component factory. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the continuous and efficient production of our high-quality crane components. As our Production Engineer, you will work closely with production and all the main stakeholders, such as procurement, engineering and order management. You are the main link between Engineering and shop floor.

Your key responsibilities:

• Work planning and production support
• Collaborating with the production and engineering teams to develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
• Assessing and improving production methods to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the production environment
• Solve production problems and provide technical support to ensure seamless operations.

What should you bring?

• B.Sc or M.Sc degree in suitable technical field or equivalent working experience in manufacturing operations
• “Hands on”, proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a team with people of different parts of the organization and different nationalities
• Capability to succeed and develop yourself at technical field. In best case you have experience of our heavy-duty equipment’s and/or ETO delivery process.
• Fluent spoken and written skills in Finnish and English

This role is suitable for you if you are a problem solver with a can-do attitude. You have patience to focus on details, yet you are also capable to understand “the big picture”. You have a positive attitude and willingness to grow to the further challenges.
