Assistant Controller Process Cranes

Following our Operating Model evolution within Industrial Service and Equipment we are looking for an Assistant Controller in our team in Finland to support Process Cranes business in EMEA Region. EMEA Process Crane business organization consist of front-line salespeople and centralized project management and the product portfolio consists of Assembly Duty, Process duty and Tailored Solutions.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preparation and Analysis of management reporting for different Process Crane front line units

• Working Capital management and Collections Support

• Currency related topics

• Supporting Internal and External Audit Process

• Evaluate and implement best practice deemed adequate to achieve cost reduction, improve controls, work simplification and best efficiencies

• Support business management in decisionmaking

• Preparation of Annual Plans, Long Range Plans and Forecasts in conjunction with business management

• Ensure compliance of Company Internal Controls in areas of responsibility

• Participating in development of standardized Process Cranes management reporting

Requirements:

• University degree preferably in Financial or Management Accounting or in Industrial Engineering and Management

• A minimum of two years of experience in demanding financial management or business controlling roles

• Uncompromising integrity

• Ability to work and influence in an international and diverse environment

• Excellent IT Skills, efficient in SAP and excel

• Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)

The work can be done either in our Headquarters in Hyvinkää, or in our Espoo office in Keilaniemi.
