Position Overview:

As a Media Assistant Intern, you will help capture and create engaging visual content that highlights the resort’s experiences and services. From video production to social media management, this role will allow you to hone your skills in a professional and scenic resort setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in Content Creation: Capture, edit, and produce photos and videos that highlight resort activities, events, and scenic views with other Media team members.
• Social Media Content: Assist in creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, and other platforms.
• Graphic Design: Use Photoshop and other tools to design visual materials aligned with the resort’s brand.
• Video Editing: Edit videos for promotional purposes, guest experiences, and social media campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create content strategies that engage our audience.
• Language Skills: Fluent English is a must, Finnish language skills are a plus, as well as proficiency in other languages to communicate with international guests.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of photo editing using Adobe Photoshop or other design software.
• Understanding of content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube).
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of visual storytelling.
• Ability to take quality photos for marketing and media purposes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Finnish language skills (other languages are a bonus).
• Prior experience or interest in the resort or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with social media strategies and trends.
