We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our global customer success team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will manage and nurture relationships with assigned customers. You will play a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by delivering timely and effective solutions.
You will:
Manage and nurture relationships with assigned customers
Organize and coordinate onboardings for larger customers
Work closely with customers and help them to achieve their goals
Provide support and guidance via email and virtual meetings
Address complex customer issues and escalations
Work with various other departments to help bring visibility to the customers' needs
Analyze customer usage and check health metrics
Follow trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Have a focus on retention and growth opportunities
About You:
Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
Highly organized and solutions-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal stakeholders and customers
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a motivation to help customers
Passionate about working with customers and making them successful
Beneficial skills:
Strong German language skills
Experience with interacting and working with developers, QA engineers
Previous experience with key/strategic accounts
