As our Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for your own customer portfolio of mid-market customers (1000-10 000 employee companies) and have a key role as their trusted advisor. You’ll take ownership of your own customers from day one, care for them and develop relationships that result in long lasting partnerships. You have an important role in scaling your customer portfolio, with key success metrics around customer adoption, upselling, and retention, ensuring our customers get the most value out of our services. You’ll work independently, but you’ll have the full support of other Customer Success Managers and the entire Hoxhunt team.
The base salary for this role is 4000 - 5000€.
What We're Looking For
Experience in project management, customer success management or account management in a fast-growing Saa S company (3+ years).
Upselling and cross-selling experience and proven track record of successful results.
Strong prioritisation and project management skills, with a customer-first mindset, staying true to deadlines while exceeding project goals.
Previous experience from customer relationship development (for example partnership or supplier relationships).
Interest in technology and confidence in using different technologies in your work.
Data-driven approach in decision-making and in defining necessary actions or improvements.
Passion for learning and a solution-oriented mindset.
Courage to improve and develop processes when needed.
We value previous experience in training or from on-boarding customers. We also value previous experience from Saa S startups or experience from the cyber security industry.
Fluent written and spoken English is a must-have, other languages such as French are considered a plus.

Meeting with your Team Lead (60 min).
Homework related to the role (max 90 min preparation expected).
