As AI Native Coach:
- Train and coach software development teams at Siili and our clients on how to effectively utilize AI tools to boost productivity and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate AI tools into their workflows, driving real-world results.
- Provide hands-on support in leveraging AI to automate tasks and improve software engineering practices.
- Work alongside senior AI professionals to further develop your own expertise while supporting teams in maximizing the benefits of AI-assisted development.
What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about AI and software development. Ideally, you would have:
- Experience and understanding in software development, with proficiency in common programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, Javascript, Typescript.
- Knowledge and experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Open AI, Github Co Pilot, Claude, Jetbrains AI, Azure AI, AWS AI
- An enthusiasm for coaching and helping teams succeed with AI-driven development.
- A desire to continuously learn and grow in the evolving field of AI-powered software development.
- Fluency in both Finnish and English.
