The Role
Job Description - Partner with HRBPs and line managers to manage organizational changes or restructures to ensure proper implementation - Maintain up to date organizational charts and job descriptions for each function across AMAN Holding - Partnering with Raya Holding team to conduct job evaluation process - Overseeing performance management processes to ensure effective implementation in a timely manner (goal setting, mid-year review and annual performance review process - Planning and executing annual promotions assessment center to ensure fair promotion cycle across AMAN Holding employees for the supervisory and managerial levels - Support in creating and implementing talent development activities such as (identification of talents, development of top talents, career progression, succession plan)
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience . - University graduate from any discipline (business, marketing, data sciences, or related field) - Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability in all tasks. - Exhibit exceptional functional skills relevant to the role . - Present ideas effectively and take initiative to drive projects forward . - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Maintain a customer-centric approach, prioritizing client needs and satisfaction . - Strong business and HR acumen, with excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative - Proven ability to work effectively as a team member and foster a positive work environment across the network - Proficient in data gathering and analysis - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Strong presentation skills
