Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. You will play a key role in driving our hiring initiatives and ensuring we attract the best candidates. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and define job requirements.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for both the role and company culture.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to manage candidate information.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment agencies.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
