Talent Acquisition Specialist - US Account
Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying top talent and a strong understanding of recruitment strategies. You will play a key role in driving our hiring initiatives and ensuring we attract the best candidates.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and define job requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for both the role and company culture.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to manage candidate information.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment agencies.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
