You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. - Developing and execute innovative and proactive sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing - Building and maintaining a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills. - Conducting HR interviews to assess candidates' basic capabilities, problem-solving skills, and domain expertise. - Evaluating candidates' soft skills, addressing their ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the team dynamics. - Tracking performance for the newly hired in their probation period.
