Job Description:
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing & Recruitment: Utilize databases, social media, and other platforms to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screening: Review resumes and job applications to shortlist candidates.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Assessment: Evaluate applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the integration of new employees into the company.
- Best Practices: Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to improve our processes.
- Reporting: Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
- Innovation: Suggest new ideas to enhance talent acquisition activities.
- HR Support: Assist the HR department with any additional tasks as needed.
- Company Promotion: Enhance the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
