Will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content on our social media channels, ensuring it aligns with our community guidelines and brand standards. Will also engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, will analyze social media metrics to track engagement, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to the marketing team. Will create and schedule engaging content, including posts, images, and videos, and collaborate with other team members to develop and implement social media campaigns.
Job Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
