- Will be responsible for assisting with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Will help in posting job openings on various platforms and managing the application process. Will conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Will assist with onboarding new hires and providing administrative support to the HR department. Will also have the opportunity to learn about other HR functions, such as employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
