Requirements!
Required Technical skills:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Help organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist with benefits administration and address employee inquiries.
- Support HR projects, such as policy development, performance management, and employee surveys.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiar with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Previous internship or coursework related to HR is a plus.
