Position Overview: We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for user-centered design, and the ability to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

As our Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital landscape and enhancing our capacity to deliver compelling and interactive digital experiences to global audiences.
Job Type: Full-time, 8-10 hours Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8 AM to 4 PM PST. Work is fully remote. This is a full time contract position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct usability testing and gather insights to improve user experiences.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Java Script is a plus.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment is preferred.
- Reliable and high-speed internet connection
- UI/UX Design: 3+ years (Must)
- Web Development: 2+ years (Preferred)
- Digital Marketing: 2= years (Preferred)
