Worood, an international hijab brand, is looking for a Social Media Moderator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers by responding to messages and comments across multiple social media platforms.
Handle customer follow-ups and coordinate with shipping companies to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Preferably experience as a Social Media Moderator.
Must be a graduate.
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Highly interactive and engaging with customers.
Dedicated, committed, and hardworking.
Working Conditions:
Remote work opportunity.
Rotational shifts, including weekends.
Enjoy 2 days off per week.
