Worood, an international Hijab Bran is hiring Assistant Marketing Brand Manager Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the script writer, content writer, and designer, providing clear direction and feedback. Ensure that all team outputs are aligned with Worood's brand identity and standards. 2. Project Coordination: Collect tasks and assignments, organize them efficiently, and communicate them to the marketing lead for approval. Follow up on task status and approvals, ensuring deadlines are met. 3. PR & Communication Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with influencers and models for campaigns. Oversee the planning and execution of PR activities that align with brand objectives. 4. Art Direction & Creative Shoots: Manage the art direction for all creative shoots, ensuring that visuals are consistent with the brand’s vision. Collaborate with the team during shoots to produce high-quality content that meets campaign goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience working with influencers and managing PR communications. Ability to manage and guide creative teams, including writers and designers. A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
