Senior Project Manager Evolution Platform – Products and Marketing

About the roles:
Orange Business is implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) to increase its business agility and new roles are emerging. Depending on the organization of the teams for the development of a given offer, product or service Connectivity Project Manager can have two main types of roles: Epic Owner and/or Product Owner.
Epic Owner is responsible for managing significant development initiatives called epics with the aim of ensuring optimal results and success of the epics. He leads and coordinates the contributions of different teams, Agile teams and teams of Agile teams called Agile Release Trains.
Epic owner duties:
Guiding Epics from identification through implementation, in compliance with governance
Supporting and coordinating the Epic’s development, collaborating closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts (Marketing, Operations, IT, Engineering, Security, …)
Planning and monitoring activities
Monitoring the value creation and the budget
Foreseeing and eliminating blockers and potential risks
Communicating the progress, the status and the risks
The Product Owner is the Agile team member primarily responsible for maximizing the value delivered by an Agile team by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs.
Product Owner duties:
Connecting with customers’ needs
Managing and prioritizing the team backlog
Contributing to the vision and the roadmap of the Product
Supporting the team in delivering value and actively participating in team and Agile Release Trains events
Getting and applying feedback
Votre profil
Master’s Degree
Minimum 12 years of experience in Telecommunications, Networking or Security fields
Minimum 5 years Project Management or Product Owner experience
Project Management, Product Owner or SAFe® certification
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and agile mindset
Knowledge in network and connectivity solutions (LAN, WAN, Internet, SD-WAN, SSE, SASE, Cloud connectivity, ...)
Leadership and transversal management
Analysis and synthesis capacities
Proactivity and problem solving
Open to change and change management skills
Fluent in French and English
