Senior Frontend Engineer, Responsibilities:
- Design and develop web applications using React and related technologies, ensuring responsiveness and user-friendliness.
- Lead the architecture and design of front-end projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and functional interfaces.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Work closely with backend engineers to seamlessly integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
- Implement and maintain automated testing and code quality tools to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of any bugs and performance issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development to continuously enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Java Script, HTML, CSS, and other related web technologies is essential.
- Extensive hands-on experience with React and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.) is required.
- Sound understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development is necessary.
- Prior exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are a must.
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities are highly desired.
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Python, Django).
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) and test-driven development (TDD).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
