In this remote role, you will promote In Vitro Capital’s products and portfolios, engage potential clients, build relationships, and spark interest.
Job Summary:
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative at In Vitro Capital, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach. This role is open only to candidates with a medical background. Your responsibilities will include making outbound sales calls, qualifying potential clients, and ensuring a smooth connection to our innovative solutions. This role is a remote role and our working hours: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential clients in the long-term care and assisted living sectors.
- Present our company healthcare services and solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits, cost-effectiveness, and positive impact on patient outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through effective follow-up communication, addressing their concerns, and offering excellent customer support.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and share market feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a pharmaceutical or related discipline is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B & B2C sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in the healthcare and medical sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making support.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions in challenging situations.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with the US healthcare industry, particularly in long-term care or assisted living.
