As we continue to grow, we are seeking a confident and experienced Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Role Overview:
We are looking for a self-motivated and confident Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in lead generation and outbound calling.
Excellent English communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to engage with both technical and business decision-makers. You must be target driven and not phased by rejection. Key Responsibilities:
→ Lead Generation: Proactively identify, prospect, and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
→ Demo Booking: Schedule high-quality demos with qualified prospects, ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team.
→ Lead Qualification: Assess potential customers' needs to determine if they are a good fit for our solutions, using a consultative approach.
→ Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, establishing trust and positioning our solutions as a value-added option.
→ Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and demo booking targets.
→ Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, and use this knowledge to improve outreach strategies.
→ CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system, providing updates to the sales team.
→ Objection Handling: Effectively handle objections, address concerns, and remain persistent in pursuing opportunities.
Key Requirements:
→ Outbound Calling Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
→ Excellent English Skills: Strong spoken and written English abilities, with the capability to communicate effectively with an international audience.
→ Confident Communicator: Ability to engage confidently with technical audiences, such as developers, as well as business decision-makers.
→ Sales Mindset: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on booking demos or setting appointments.
→ Organisation Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities, while maintaining attention to detail.
→ CRM Familiarity: Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools is essential.
→ Resilience and Positivity: Comfortable with handling rejection and staying motivated in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
→ Tech Industry Experience (Preferred): Previous experience working in technology sales or engaging with developers is a plus.
