Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of the dispatch function, as well as the collection of delivery KPIs Accountabilities
- Ensure orders are properly transferred
- Update KPI reports with dispatched Delivery CRs information
- Meet with assigned Delivery Drivers and brief on daily plan
- Review pending orders delivery report and discuss with each PSR
- Balance truck loads to ensure proper deliveries
- Perform rerouting when needed using standard process and guidelines
- Manage routing of customers assigned to his responsibility (when dynamic routing is available)
- Help to continuously improve the routing process and tools through field learning.
- Ensure asset levels are consistent with business needs and plans
- Coolers Deployment (In case of WS) Job Dimensions
- Total delivered volume
- Percentage Returns
- Productivity Targets achieved (DD call completion rate, DD Strike rate)
- Truck utilization rate
- Routes Efficiency

- Bachelor Degree
- 1 year Experience in sales in FMCG company is a must. Role, Accountabilities, Measures and Skills
- Very good knowledge of main software applications of daily use (Microsoft office, routing software)
- Driving license is a must
