Overview:
As a Supply Planner, you will be the mastermind behind the comprehensive supply plan for our designated manufacturing facilities, ensuring we hit our service targets. You will convert preliminary capacity plans into a daily supply plan within a 0-16 weeks horizon. You will manage inventory and waste risks and create the distribution plan. You will also support operational planning and exceptional course correction. This role is part of our Capability Centers from 2024, so there will be an initial level of ambiguity as the processes are adopted during the transition. Therefore, we need someone who is flexible and can adapt as processes are primarily fixed then shifted and improved over subsequent strategy cycles.

- Creating constrained capacity production plans within the planning horizon and reviewing detailed line scheduling plans.
- Projecting inventory and business waste with the market and preparing and executing Supply Review for the Platform Hub as part of the monthly integrated sales and operations planning cycle.
- Monitoring key service metrics and worst performers with Integrated Planning Lead and directors, analyzing root causes for worst performers, and supporting the definition of action plans.
- Being the integration point between the Market and Capability Centers and enabling product supply for the commercial change agenda.
- Supporting new product development launches and phase-in phase-out changes by ensuring supply planning systems are set up in advance and effectively communicating changes to the scheduling teams and the supply plan through the appropriate channels.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering is required.
- 0-1 year of experience in Supply Planning, including inventory management.
- Experience in planning using supply planning tools such as Manugistics or Prolink.
- Strong analytical skills and mastery of planning methodologies and optimization.

- Good numerical abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
- Any relevant industry-specific Certifications or Memberships are desirable.
