Amentum is actively seeking a Senior Logistics Supply Center Manager for International Fleet Support under the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) PMS 326 Follow-On Technical Support (FOTS) contract. This is a full time position and the work location will be at the Egyptian Ras El Tin Naval Base in the port of Alexandria, Egypt. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
The Senior Logistics Analyst will oversee, coordinate, and manage freight, supply, and operational logistics to maximize efficiency; evaluate and identify methods and procedures to optimize and streamline operational processes; track and monitor supply and delivery data; and perform data analysis to identify trends and maximize efficiency opportunities. The Senior Logistics Analyst will be responsible for executing all logistics and supply chain activities necessary to successfully support this project, including inventory, retention, disposition, and shipping of previously used shipboard material.
Essential responsibilities and daily duties will include:

Provides Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) to the Egyptian Navy under the FOTS program and manager of all warehouse operations (Ras El Tin LCS) per U.S. Navy Fleet Supply Center standards.

Provide comprehensive logistics support for all warehouse operations and shipping support performed under the contract to accomplish material and system readiness.

At a minimum, this will include the following Integrated Product Support elements: Inventory Planning and Management, Supply Support, and Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation (PHS&T).

Issues Repair & Spare Parts as authorized.

Assists in the shipping documentation process as requested by the Egyptian Navy (EN).

Executes the proper bar coding, receipt, inventory, storage tracking, issuing and usage data for items received and or distributed from each warehouse.

Responsible for various levels of material management.

Plans, organizes and perform work ensuring assigned duties meet required timeline.

Liaison between Planning Office personnel and Procurement Office.

Documents, tracks and forwards all MRLs and PRs between Port Engineers and the Project Management team.

Forwards all pertinent documentation to NAVSEA and NAVSEA representatives for material reconciliation.

Research supply chain issues to identify potential problems and preemptively address them.
