Project Associate Manager | Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions | Project Management Office
ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Associate Manager will be responsible for leading projects in Global Solutions. Scope will include, but not limited to, services across Finance, Human Capital, Government Relations, Procurement and Technology. The Project Manager will deliver required scope, on-time and at budget and manage the stakeholders across the implementation.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Associate Manager will be responsible for leading projects in Global Solutions. The Project Manager will deliver required scope, on-time and at budget and manage the stakeholders across the implementation.
ROLE PROFILE
- Project Management Office(PMO) Support Function: Assisting in the development and implementation of project management processes and procedures.
- Project scoping and estimation: Defining the project's goals, objectives, and deliverables, and estimating the resources required to achieve them.
- Project reporting: Creating and distributing project status reports to stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any issues or risks.
- Budget & Time management: Managing project timelines to ensure they stay within scope and on schedule.
- Management of stakeholders: Identifying and engaging with project stakeholders to ensure their needs and requirements are met throughout the project lifecy
- Responsible for creating all required project management documentation for projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as business, Management, or engineering) is preferred, but not required.
- 4-5 years of experience in consulting, system integration, or similar roles, with focus on project management and delivery
- At least one project management certification (PMP/Prince2/ACP) or equivalent certification is a must
- Proficient in English language (both written and spoken) is a must
- Excellent use of Microsoft Projects software.
- Good use of Project Management tools such as Basecamp, Trello, Confluence, JIRA preferable.
