Responsibilities:
Application Deadline: 24/10/2024
- 1) Handling network issues including hardware and software.
- 2) Support, document and monitor the IT Helpdesk.
- 3) Performing daily and monthly checklists and Reports.
- 4) Upgrading the network infrastructure.
- 5) Training new system users and setting up their accounts.
- 6) Configuring and enhancing servers.
- 1) Office365 Exchange Online, Share Point & Workflows, Power Automate
- 2) On-Premises Domain Controllers , MS Terminal Server, SAP B1, NAS
- 3) Firewalls Sophos
- 4) Hypervisors v Sphere including ESXi 7 with v Center
- 5) Reports Using SQL queries
- 6) Network infrastructure design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- 7) Surveillance System
- 8) Voice Over IP
- 9) Hardware Maintaining
