As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the company within the specific region. Your role involves strategic leadership and business development to ensure the success and profitability of the company within the specific market.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Build business for the assigned region/country, growing an extensive and profitable portfolio and promoting the business in local language industry-specific forums, seminars, and webinars
Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs)
Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market share
Strategically develop business focusing on partnerships, establishment of community care via different networks and channels and manage the entire cycle of business
Build, develop and manage the local business development teams
Lead tender campaigns, meet clients and deliver presentations
Manage and execute the business development strategy and implement tactical plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations
Retain, support, and make sure that existing clients are receiving high-quality service that would keep them active
Build strategies for specified markets
Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts
Attend major industry events
Document business development activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry
At least 2 years of proven leadership experience
Candidates must have an existing client & IB list
In-depth knowledge of the region/country’s financial markets
Strong understanding of trading platforms and industry regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good Communication in English & Arabic is a must
Computer literacy with good command of Google apps
Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes
Keep pro-active position in running a business
Ability to travel when required
