Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Controller and Country Controller - Egypt, will apply full knowledge and understanding to assist the integrity of business segment financial data and statements and deliver financial analysis input for business decision making and performance improvement opportunities to support business growth. In this role, you will partner with the business segment finance team to implement business changes and decisions, manage financial reporting, control processes and risks to ensure an effective system of internal control. Key Accountabilities
Deliver financial and management reports to support business decision making including evaluating financial statements, identifying changing regulations and business factors, defining relevant business performance indicator and optimizing management reporting for defined regions.
Partner with various stakeholders to deliver feasible management reports/dashboards.
Support the Sub Region Controller in partnering with the team to support complex end to end financial control activities, such as financial statements, financial reporting and consultation, audit matters to resolve financial control deficiencies and monitor remediation of non-financial internal control deficiencies and risks.
Support finance change governance and monitor mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture, and resourcing activities for the business segment to ensure timely delivery of accurate generally accepted accounting principles, statutory financial data and compliance, based on materiality levels defined for external and internal financial reporting.
Cultivate a culture of continuous process improvement by empowering team and driving results to simplify and optimize process, improve data integrity, and leverage financial and business systems and technical platforms.
Lead and provide mentorship to our team, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
Advanced data analytical skills in Microsoft Excel, and Business Intelligence tools.
Proficient in both verbal and written English communication (level C1).
Experience in leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making.
Experience in working with multiple businesses and/or international business experience.
Minimum of four years of related work experience.
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of five years of related work experience.
Experience in banking relationship management and treasury activities.
Experience in foreign exchange exposure management.
Experience in internal control implementation and monitoring.
Experienced in using system JDE/SAP and Microsoft Excel.
Experienced in supporting a team culture of continuous improvement, process optimization and intellectual curiosity.
