NAOS Solutions is seeking a dedicated Collection Agent to join our team. As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect overdue payments and resolve outstanding issues.
Reach out to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to secure payments
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures
Prior experience in collections is a MUST
Prior experience in customer service
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good problem-solving skills
Knowledge of collection laws and regulations
Proficiency in using collection software and tools
