Requirements:
Fluency in both French and English languages
Medical Background
Experience in a medical call center or healthcare setting
Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with patients

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
Proficiency in using call center software and medical terminology
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
