Job Purpose: To manage the planning, implementation, and control of marketing strategies and programs for a designated brand portfolio, ensuring the achievement of maximum sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee current and future projects, including New Product Developments (NPDs), campaigns, and activations.
- Develop and present performance reports for assigned brands.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet mutual targets.
- Manage digital media activations and coordinate with digital marketing teams.
- Coordinate events and activities with relevant teams.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to expand and grow brands strategically.
- Provide briefs to agencies and evaluate proposals for point of sale.
- Plan and implement merchandising and promotional activities.
- Brief the sales team on product updates and launches.
- Conduct trade audits and ensure adherence to merchandising and promotional plans.
- Evaluate product improvements and packaging changes.
- Prepare briefs for new product development and monitor project progress.
- Set and review volume and value budgets by SKU.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends.
- Develop and maintain an archiving system for communication activities and documents.
