Introduction to role:
Join our Oncology Business Unit as a Brand Manager and take ownership, step up and innovate in a company that’s growing at pace. This role is responsible for managing a product/ line of products in terms of developing and implementing general strategy, in addition to publications, conventions, budgeting and general positioning of the product/ line of products.
Accountabilities:
As a Brand Manager, you will lead in a matrix environment, identify market, and brand opportunities across customers and channels, deliver results through management and implementation of brand marketing projects, ensure that all strategy is underpinned by consumer research, and build effective collaboration with other members of the Pharma Sales & Marketing leadership team.
Managing resources, execution & focusing on performance through setting accountabilities and influence
Building collaborative relationships
Optimizing diverse talent and recognizing the value of different perspectives and cultures
Influencing people through effective communication, driving engagement, vision and purpose
Desirable Skills/Experience:
