About this opportunity!
Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as BO L2 Engineer. In this vital role, you will manage and execute pro-active and reactive maintenance tasks requiring a higher level of support. You will also be responsible for implementing change requests accurately and punctually. By focusing on service allocation, implementation, configuration, activation, and testing, you will ensure that our services continually meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
What you will do:
Facilitate continuous availability of services to clients, ensuring they adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance standards.
Perform trend analysis for proactive failure detection and 2nd level restoration and repair.
Work with customers to ensure correct implementation of agreed change requests without negatively affecting service availability.
Respond to service or resource requirements requiring broad network knowledge, or specific product/service knowledge from an end-to-end perspective.
Conduct Assurance Support Activities such as Change Introduction impact analysis, Business Requirement Impact Analysis, and Complex Change Execution.
Execute Security Preventive Maintenance tasks, Access Database Audit, and participate in KPI reporting design and definition.
