Your Role in Our Creative Vision
The Creative Director will be responsible for developing high-quality visual assets, managing a creative team, and ensuring brand consistency. This role involves hands-on design work, creative leadership, and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions.
Core Responsibilities
Design Creation: Develop high-quality visual assets for digital (social media, websites, emails) and traditional (print, outdoor, events) marketing campaigns. This includes everything from concept development to final execution.
Hands-On Design Work: Actively participate in the creation of key designs, graphics, and layouts for client projects, ensuring creative standards are met.
Creative Leadership: Lead the creative development of visual concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client briefs and align with the brand’s vision.
Team Management: Manage a team of designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creative professionals, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
Project Oversight: Oversee the production of visual assets for campaigns across digital (social media, websites, email) and traditional (print, outdoor, events) platforms.
Experience Across Design Types: Ensure expertise in all types of design, including web design, ensuring cohesive and responsive designs for digital platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to translate marketing strategies into compelling creative solutions.
Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop innovative visual concepts, ensuring that designs are aesthetically pleasing and effective in driving engagement and conversions.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Quality Assurance: Review and approve final designs, graphics, and layouts before delivery to ensure they meet client expectations and quality standards.
Client Presentations: Present creative concepts to clients, explaining the rationale behind design choices and how they align with marketing objectives.
Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas to campaigns and keep the agency’s offerings relevant and innovative.
Budget Management: Work within budget constraints for creative production, ensuring resource-efficient execution of campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
7 years of experience ( at least 5 years as Graphic Designer)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in art direction within a marketing or advertising agency.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various types of design, including web design, as well as digital and traditional media, with a focus on marketing and advertising campaigns.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other relevant design tools.
