SAP Operations Consultant

Job responsibilities:

Ensuring the ongoing operation and further development of the SAP and SAP-related platforms with administrating the customer clients of the SAP systems.
Coordination and execution of 2nd level support for all requests and changes related to Gx P validated CTS processes with SAP Charm, Job Management, Output Management and SAP Authorizations.
Service Management as additional contact person for the hosting provider of the SAP and SAP-related systems at operational level in day-to-day operations (5x8).
Management and control of external consultants for development and support tasks for daily operations and project requests.
Operation of SAP private and public cloud system landscapes in Gx P-validated environments with focus on internal consulting for ongoing operations and project requirements.

Qualification and soft skills:

Completed university degree in the field of computer science or business informatics or comparable education.
Knowledge in the operation of SAP Basis platforms, especially in the environment of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud platforms, SAP Solution Manager with SAP Charm and SAP Authorizations.
Clear process understanding in IT Service Management (ITSM) according to ITIL.
Experiences in GMP/Gx P environment and processes are desirable.
Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP is an advantage.
Team player who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines.
Ability to work proactively and independently with a high level of self-initiative.
Very good written and spoken English skills, German language skills are an advantage.
