Content Manager – Employer Branding
Job Responsibilities
Development and implementation of communication strategies and measures for employer branding, e.g. social media posts, career videos/graphics, website
Support in the development of target group-specific content
Carrying out benchmark analyses on content and trends
Monitoring compliance with the Group-wide employer branding guidelines
Training and empowering colleagues to use employer branding assets
Support in corporate branding & communication projects
Collaborating with external service providers if necessary (f.e. agencies, grafic designers etc.)
Job Requirements
Preferably university degree in journalism/PR, Marketing, HR, English studies or comparable
Experience in texting and content creation
Enthusiasm for social media, visuals and video
Passion for HR and creative mindset
Understanding of corporate design principles and independent working style
Experience with Graphic editing tools (eg. Adobe CC, Canva etc.)
English (fluent), German language skills preferred
