For the international roll-out we are building a new team in Pilsen and are looking for a:
Procurement Efficiency & Data Expert
Job Responsibilities
- Consultation for buyers, requisitioners and suppliers with respect to procurement systems (such as SAP-MM, guided buying platform, Ariba, AFI-Order Confirmation, EDI connections)
- Consultation for WACKER functions and suppliers with respect to the system to manage outbound logistics "Logistics Control Tower"
- Management of EDI/portal connection of the suppliers
- Data checks & maintenance of procurement related master data in SAP (e.g. supplier or material master, purchasing info-record) and other procurement systems (e.g. e Auctions and contracts in ARIBA)
- Change management and training activities for procurement systems
- Participation and business lead of IT projects to increase procurement efficiency in collaboration with IT (RPA, automation, new systems) incl. system tests
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in information technology, business administration, engineering, natural science, mathematics or comparable qualification
- Minimum 2 years work experience in procurement or as a procurement system support function
- Experience and advanced knowledge of SAP MM, preferably supplemented by experience of further procurement related systems (e.g. ARIBA and/or EDI)
- Fluent in written and spoken English and preferably, German
- Team player with very good communication skills
- IT affinity, analytical, creative and solution-oriented thinking combined with a structured way of working
