HR Data Scientist - Employer Branding

To strengthen our HUB HR team in Pilsen we are looking for:

HR Data Scientist – Employer Branding

Job Responsibilities

Create (employee) surveys and evaluate the data
Surveys on target groups and labor markets
Develop relevant KPIs and a dashboard
Creation and maintenance of candidate personas
Use data to drive / evaluate Employer branding projects
Prepare data structure on the back-end
Coordinate and organize translation of data

Job Requirements

Preferably university degree in statistics, IT or economics
Experience with survey tools (Qualtrics)
Experience with data tools, (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Data-driven and analytical mindset
Independent and goal-oriented
Communicative and collaborative
Project management skills
Good English skills in oral and written form, German language skills preferred
