What you’ll do

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes: identify current state, automation opportunities, design of future state and key benefits.
  
• You will serve as the conduit between user needs, technical capabilities, and engineering requirements, developing these into roadmaps and requirements for the Agile backlog of a development team
  
• Document functional and non-functional requirements, capturing user stories, process flows, data mapping, and acceptance criteria
  
• You will lead the backlog refinement of features and user stories and ensure delivery teams are prepared to meet sprint deadlines
  
• Champion data-driven decision making: Collaborate with data & automation engineers to ensure access to high-quality data for model training and validation.
  
• You make tough decisions on trade-offs between features, quality and dates in order to provide the best solution for our clients
  
• You will work with Quality Assurance team member(s) in testing execution by clarifying requirements, reviewing test results and managing defect prioritization to ensure work backlog is always prioritized
  
• You have in-depth knowledge of goals and desired objectives of the initiatives and features
  
• You will drive value as a function of cost, time, functionality and quality
  
• You will work with Architect(s) and Tech Lead(s) to identify non-functional requirements like infrastructure needs
  
• You will coordinate with business customers to conduct product integration testing Key Responsibilities Preparation and Participation in PI Planning Program Backlog
  

What experience you need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
  
• At least 5 years of experience in a combination of business requirements, backlog, product development and/or software development
  
• 5 years of experience in Software Solutions implementations (such as RPA, CRM, ERP, Cloud)
  
• At least 5 years of experience working with Agile Driven tools such as Jira, Rally, Aha!
  
• 3 years of experience delivering products using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  
• 3 years of experience in web service technologies, user interface/interaction, and knowledge of Systems Development and Project Management lifecycles

• MBA or MCS
