Key support to the Collections Manager, will assist to lead the team, act as first point of contact for team member , and create a supportive atmosphere that encourages productivity and growth.
Work closely with billing, sales, and other internal departments as well as clients to resolve operations related issues that impact the collections team.
Manage collections tasks not directly related to direct collections activities including but not limited, account suspensions, cancellations, write-offs, clearing on-account credit balances, issues related to invoice uploads and purchase orders.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure that work gets completed on a uniform and timely basis.
Escalating issues to management and resolving customer issues raised through the collection department.
Identify and participate in process improvement opportunities to improve the efficiency of the overall collections team.
Produce account status reports for management review.
What experience you need
4 years of experience working in Finance (Billing, Collections, Cashapps, Accounting, Accounts Payable)
1 year of experience executing leadership activities/tasks
English B2/C1
3 years experience of Excel / Google Sheets
