The Information Researcher Analyst reviews and analyze data feeds from newspapers, and periodicals for inclusion in the CDC database. Gathers and analyzes legal, regulatory, political, economic, legislative, financial, and business news.
The risk relevant data maintained in the CDC database enables our customers to make timely, sound decision mitigating their financial, regulatory, and reputational risk.
He/she will recommend and implement improvements for departmental processes and maintain Equifax Global Contributors services commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
What you’ll do

This position is accountable for diagnosing these data feeds discerning the appropriate degree of pertinent information to be capture for identified subject categories (i.e.fraud, terrorism, money laundering, drug trafficking, etc.).

The ability to create an abstract summary of the news article details (who,what, when ,where, etc.)

This position is accountable for reviewing the various data feeds and accurately ingesting the risk data in the Negative News database, assuring on time completion and providing superior customer service while working in a collaborative team environment.
What experience you need

Bilingual English –Spanish required (Spoken and written English B2 or C1)

Typing speed (25 WPM)
