JOB DESCRIPTION GESTORES DE COBRO.
- Gestión de cobranza de clientes corporativos mediante llamadas y correos.
- Realizar estados de cuenta manuales.
- Conciliación de pagos pendientes con los clientes.
- Arreglos de pago.
- Revisar las cuentas bancarias diariamente y subir los pagos correspondientes a la cartera asignada.
- Subir facturas de los clientes a diferentes plataformas para el trámite de pago.
- Envío de facturas manuales a los clientes que lo requieran por un caso especial.
- Descarga y envío de facturas a clientes preferentes con el detalle en Excel de las ubicaciones, IDS y servicios.
- Descarga y envío de facturas a clientes B2B que no les llegan de forma automática.
- Realizar trámite de refacturaciones y el seguimiento correspondiente.
- Responder correos de los clientes corporativos que requieran soporte en algún tema de facturación, cobros, estados de cuenta, etc.
- Escalar casos a Customer B2B y el seguimiento correspondiente para que cada caso quede resuelto.
- Limpieza de diferenciales cambiarios mediante notas de crédito por montos inferiores a $20.
- 2% Retención de Gobierno.
- Proceso de refacturación y NC de los clientes.
- Estudios crediticios para clientes nuevos.
- Análisis de morosidad.
Perfil académico: Administración de Negocios o afines.
Conocimiento: Excel Intermedio-avanzado, Conocimiento en conciliaciones Bancarias, experiencia en el cargo de al menos 2-3 años, Paquete de Office, Manejo de bases de datos. Adm de cartera.
Habilidades: Trabajo en Equipo, Capacidad de negociación, Organización y Planificación. Capacidad de análisis. Orientado a resultados. Adaptabilidad al cambio.
