Key Responsibilities
Perform Project Coordination Services which will include coordinating, organizing, controlling project activities, project administration responsibilities and tasks.
Triaging of the bugs and working with cross functional team for closure.
Support in creation of documentation for any new rulesets and rulesets changes.
Follow Change Control Board (CCB) Process & maintain Desktop Work Instructions and CCB Approvers Matrix.
BOM & Rule Set Creation and Change Management Services.
Enter/ copy/ integrate/ and test BOMs, Rulesets, and Scenarios into in-house automated ordering tools.
Implement BOM and Rule Set changes into the ordering tool and open sales orders.
First level troubleshooting for ordering and Rule Set issues.
Support placing manual BOM orders when requested.
Validate that automated orders
Run queries and review the data to confirm that rulesets meet production release criteria.
Provide Weekly summary Reports
Required Experience
Strong English Skills for Business (Written and Spoken)
Minimum 2 years of working in Procurement / Supply Chain / operations / Manufacturing / Planning
Minimum 1 year of project management.
Basic Excel Proficiency
Analytical Skills
New Product Introduction experience
Product life cycle
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Understanding of PLM tools (Agile, Team Center, Innovia, 3dx etc.,)
