The Practice – A Brief Sketch The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Marketing Transformation, Commerce & Sales and Service These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.
As a Digital Marketing Consultant within Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song Practice, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation for our clients across various industries. This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on campaign strategy, programmatic advertising, SEO, and leveraging emerging technologies like generative AI to enhance digital marketing outcomes. The key responsibilities will include
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including campaign strategy, paid media strategy, programmatic advertising, SEO/SEM and influencer marketing
Create and optimize campaign across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines
Design, implement, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns, leveraging platforms like The Trade Desk and Google DV360
Conduct website audits, optimize SEO, and collaborate with developers to enhance site performance
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, using tools like Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Hootsuite, Hotjar etc.
Leverage generative AI to enhance content creation and digital marketing strategies
Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI and drive business outcomes
Utilize strong project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver multiple initiatives in collaboration with clients and internal teams

Experience of working with the leadership to support business development and thought leadership in the research/insights space
Must be comfortable working across Paid (Google, Meta etc.) as well as social channels
Analytics and reporting, using tools like Adobe Analytics, Power BI
Strong project management skills to oversee multiple programs/campaigns initiatives simultaneously
Contribute to offering development skills to identify areas of growth related to specific skills, platforms, assets etc. that contribute to enhancing the brand and creative strategy offering
Certification in relevant Digital Marketing areas such as paid media, programmatic advertising, SEO, or influencer marketing
Proven success in navigating global matrixed environments and / or experience in client facing roles
Be adept at working in a fast-paced dynamic environment both on offshore and onshore locations

Your experience counts!
MBA from a tier 1 institute with preferably bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
Overall experience of 5+ years with at least 4 years in digital marketing particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom etc.) in a leading MNC or a major consulting firm or advertising agency
Managing end-to-end campaign management from strategy definition to technical delivery
Proven track record in optimizing digital campaigns for measurable business impact
Hands-on experience and understanding of tools / platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Hotjar, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Buffer etc.)
Exposure to analytical and data visualization tools
