The Practice – A Brief Sketch



The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to Accenture Song and works with clients across their marketing, commerce and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, commerce/sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.



You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As team lead, you will drive the following

  • Develop digital marketing strategy/ campaigns: Study economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Plan, design, and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing material: Work on emails, social media, consumer marketing, BTL and display advertising campaigns.
  • Lead customer experience assessment, marketing and advertising process and technology assessment, KPI and definition, solution and vendor assessment for different marketing technologies including Adobe
  • Design new campaign strategies and strategize marketing plans : Work across all channels and devices and design measurement and reporting framework to assess performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience: Work across multiple channels and customer touch points, gathering business requirements, designing process & solution for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions
  • Work on Digital Marketing, Online Media Planning, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing: Deep-dive into Web Analytics, SEO, Social media marketing, CRM, Market Research, Marketing Analytics, PPC, Content marketing, Social analytics and ORM tools

  • Strategic Planning: Aligning program objectives with the client organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including executives, project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Resource Management: Allocating resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to support program activities.
  • Scope Management: Defining and managing the scope of the program, including identifying deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across multiple projects.
  • Timeline Management: Developing and maintaining program schedules, timelines, and milestones.
  • Change Management: Managing change effectively within the program, including assessing the impact of changes, communicating changes to stakeholders, and implementing change control processes to minimize disruptions.
  • Apply designing skills for new campaign strategies: Work on strategizing marketing plans across all channels and devices
  • Develop business cases for marketing use cases and solutions: Gather business requirements, designing process & solution and associated business cases for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions
  • Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations
  • Client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders
  • Team building skills to collaborate, work and motivate teams with diverse skills and experience to achieve goals
  • Leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team members

Your experience counts!
  • MBA from a tier 1 institute or equivalent experience
  • Overall experience of 6+ years with at least 3+ years of experience in designing / managing marketing campaigns particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Working experience on consumer base management campaigns (Upsell/ Cross-sell and Retention)
  • Hands on experience on Mar-tech tools such as Adobe campaign, Marketo, Adobe, Cloud, Google Marketing platform, Google Ads, Pega decisioning, SFMC etc.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools and experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead project teams
