Maintain commissions management system for both our partners and internal sales staff including setting up new partners and internal sales team
Process monthly partner commissions which include submitting completed monthly amounts to accounts payable for payment disbursement
Process monthly sales team commissions which include submitting completed monthly amounts to HR/payroll for disbursement
Ensure monthly commission calculations are prepared accurately, on time, and in-line with commission plans
Perform data reconciliation audits of sales transactions and adjustments for all commissions
Provide superior customer service to the Partner community and sales organization when resolving difficult and sensitive issues
Field internal and external customer inquiries to resolve commission discrepancies
Host online trainings for internal and external partners
Continuously evolve the monthly process in effort to gain efficiencies
Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects
skills you bring to the field
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business
3+ years’ experience in a finance, accounting, or sales operations analyst role
Hands-on experience with commission software and Salesforce
Proficiency with financial software applications, including Excel
Experience with administering and analyzing complex commission plans
Ability to work with disparate datasets and distill into workable solutions
Experience in multifaceted commission plans
Can do attitude to overcome obstacles from changing business needs and or system limitations
Top-notch communication skills and the ability to work effectively cross-functionally
