As a Rewards Specialist, you will play a vital part in our success by supporting our Rewards Team in the delivery of benefits to our colleagues in Latin America. You will be part of the global People Partnering Organization, where you will work alongside, learn from, and build relationships with colleagues around the world. You will work closely with People Partners, the Rewards Co E, and external service providers to ensure that we provide a consistent rewards experience for our colleagues.

Key responsibilities :
- Responsible for benefits management: ensure local benefit policies are compliant for a country or a set of countries
- Support current and future process mapping of Benefits technology
- Review vendor against the following but not limited to - service level agreements for benefits service delivery, contract negotiation, and escalations
- Report and assist in invoice reconciliation
- Support in benefits analysis, benchmarking and solutioning
- Provide L2 support to People Advisors and query resolution pertaining to Benefits area
- Provide communication and education on benefits to colleagues when needed
We are looking for :
- 3+ years benefits administration experience within a complex international organization
- English Intermediate (Portuguese will be a plus)
- Work Day Experience preferred
- Experience in HR Operations and/or managing international assignments is beneficial
- Experience in large international organizations and ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix
- Ability to effectively engage and mobilize diverse local HR stakeholders
- A proactive, ‘let’s get it done’ attitude geared towards continuous improvement
- Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, developing project environment, taking ownership, and setting directions with minimal guidance
- Collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions
- Highly analytical approach with a strong eye for detail
- Financial and analytical knowledge
- Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timescales and scope
