Core HR Delivery Partner // C10 Officer (Heredia, Costa Rica)
The Ops Sup Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities:
Serves as subject matter expert on Workday HR system and tools and is able to identify when information appears out of alignment or incorrect.
Process Workday Rescind, Reassignment and Correction transactions as well as other administrative tasks requiring elevated Workday system access
Interfaces with project staff and clients regarding status of projects.
Identifies/implements process improvements.
Ensures essential procedures are followed and helps to define operating standards and processes.
Applies comprehensive understanding of how multiple areas collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
Provide informal guidance and training to new and lower level team members, as needed
Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams.
Exhibits sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Resolve varied issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise
Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant experience
Possesses working knowledge of Workday and Workday concepts - position management, business processes - and HR processes, and an understanding of the downstream impact of transactions to benefits, pay, and other areas (Workday experience)
Working knowledge of industry standards and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Human Resources Management Systems
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Proven organization, problem solving, and time management skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
