About the role: Responsible to supervise the operational effectiveness and KPI monitoring of the meetings and vehicles processes. This includes supporting a team of individuals through process improvement projects and personal professional development.
You're Responsibilities include:
- Maintain standard key performance indicators to be measured, monitored and reported monthly (SLAs, dashboards, capacity modeling and forecasting).
- Directs a team to provide timely and accurate processing of requests, and any raised issues.
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives, including automations.
- Support standardized processes and documenting procedures for the meeting functions, both internally and externally to facilitate ease of use for users from all departments.
- Evaluate, implement, and enhance the internal controls.
- Collaborate with different teams to establish regular communication to resolve issues.
- Assist with internal and external audit and compliance requirements.
- Foster a culture of team building, continuous learning and improvement, and collaboration.
- Adhere to and promote the adherence to all Corporate, Quality and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience meeting & events management or hospitality management
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervisory or team leader experience
- Cvent
