Responsible for sales and expenses budgetary compliance, and overall P&L management for the Business Unit.

Leads activities across brands, including the definition, design, execution and measurement of all marketing strategies and tactics to deliver on the brands’ objectives.
Responsible for sales execution and attainment of associated KPIs within geography.
Comply with the standards and procedures that apply to the development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the Central America & Caribbean Area (CAMCAR).
Report any quality event and complaint related to Astra Zeneca products as per local procedures.
Supports AZ’s external leadership objectives, identifying and developing strong internal and external alliances for cross functional planning and programs as core elements to create opportunities in the market.

MBA in relevant field (desirable)
Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business such as Sales/Sales Leadership, Market Access, Marketing/Brand Team, and Operations in CAMCAR markets (desirable)
Experience leading cross functional teams in a multicultural business environment. (desirable
